Carol Lee – Chair of the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation
With deep roots in Chinatown’s history, Carol A. Lee dedicates herself to revitalizing the area and Downtown Eastside. She holds key roles in UBC Properties Trust and National Coalition Against Anti-Asian Racism and serves as Honorary Patron of the Chinese Canadian Military Museum Society. An esteemed leader, she advises the Finance Minister of Canada, holds honorary degrees from UBC and BCIT, and received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal. In 2023, she was appointed to the Order of Canada for her leadership and commitment to Chinatown’s revival.

Tracy Redies – President & CEO of Science World
Tracy Redies joined as President & CEO of Science World British Columbia in 2020. She is passionate about disseminating STEAM-learning to more people in BC, believing these skill sets will be key to the province’s and Canada’s success in the coming decades.
Tracy has over 25 years of experience as a high-growth organization builder with a strong commitment to serving the province and its communities. Tracy spent much of her career leading complex financial institutions, serving as CEO of Coast Capital Savings Credit Union and, before that, Executive Vice President and Head of Personal Financial Services of HSBC Bank Canada. In 2017, she joined the B.C. Liberal party as MLA, Surrey-White Rock serving as Finance Critic for the Opposition.
Tracy has served on the University of Victoria board of governors, the Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation board, and as a corporate director for BC Hydro. As a member of the Premier’s Women’s Economic Council for BC, Tracy supported the improvement of economic outcomes for women entrepreneurs and business leaders. She is also a past director of the CH.I.L.D. Foundation, the Sauder Advisory Council, and the Sources Foundation, an organization responsible for supporting local food banks, women’s shelters, and affordable housing options. Tracy is currently a director of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and of TransLink where she sits on the Finance and IT committees.
Tracy and her husband have raised their 4 children in the South Langley area. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, horse racing, and spending time outdoors with her family and two dogs.

Rajbir Grewal – Lux Affairs
Rajbir Grewal, CPA is a dynamic female entrepreneur who has successfully fused her expertise in accounting with her innate entrepreneurial spirit. Raj is a daughter of South Asian immigrants and a dedicated wife and mother to her son Shaan.
With a bold vision and unwavering determination, Raj co-founded her production firm, LUX Affairs almost 10 years ago. Her unique approach, combining her business expertise, professionalism, work ethic, and creativity, set her apart.
Raj leads by impact and is committed to her community. As an advocate for women in business, Raj also championed initiatives aimed at empowering female entrepreneurs. She recognized the unique challenges they face and worked tirelessly to provide support, mentorship, and networking opportunities through partnerships with women-focused organizations. In 2023 Raj co-founded the Be the Light Society, which supports South Asian Women and Girls through community, leadership, and education.

Erin Seeley – CEO of YWCA Metro Vancouver
Erin is currently the CEO of YWCA Metro Vancouver, one of BC’s largest multi-service charities. With a budget of over $50M and more than 500 employees, YWCA currently operates 73 programs supporting women, families, and allies across 178 locations including transitional and permanent housing, violence prevention, employment, youth and mentorship, and early childhood education.
A firm believer in the value of public and community service, Erin brings more than 20 years of experience in governance, strategic planning, communications, policy analysis, and stakeholder relations. Most recently, Erin served as Senior Vice President, of BC Financial Services Authority and CEO of the Real Estate Council of BC, where she was responsible for consumer protection in the financial services sector and regulatory oversight of real estate professionals.
Prior to leadership roles in Crown agencies, spent more than 10 years in progressively senior leadership roles with the Government of British Columbia, including Executive Director of Immigration Programs where she oversaw provincial immigrant selection and settlement.
Erin holds a BA in Political Science and Hispanic Studies from the University of Victoria and an MA in International Studies from Simon Fraser University. She has been a long-time community volunteer and is a Past-President of the Board of Directors for Little Mountain Neighbourhood House, a Vancouver-based community services organization serving children, youth, and seniors.

Ana Chouhan – Award-winning Author, Illustrator, and Art Director
Anu Chouhan is an award-winning author, illustrator, and art director. A trained animator with a background in game development, Anu often combines her love of her cultural heritage into her art, as well as always being inspired by anime, nature, and global fashion.
Upon completion of her Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts, Anu developed her skills to obtain a Commercial Animation diploma. She is the author and illustrator of the picture book Hair Oil Magic and recently illustrated the first volume of the graphic novel adaptation of the New York Times bestselling book Whatever After. Her unique, edgy, and energetic art has been featured by the CBC, the BBC, Harper’s Bazaar Bride India, The Times of India, and The Times of London.

Chastity Davis – Founder & Lead Consultant, Chastity Davis Consulting
Chastity Davis-Alphonse is a mixed-heritage woman of First Nations and European descent. She is a proud member of the Tla’amin Nation and married into the Tsilhqot’in Nation. Chastity has nearly two decades of experience working in the Truth and Reconciliation movement and is one of the most knowledgeable, respected, and influential Indigenous woman professionals in Western Canada. She is the sole proprietor of her own multi-award-winning consulting business and founder of ‘Deyen – An Invitation to Transform’, one of the only online self-directed learning hubs that center on the knowledge, wisdom, and lived experiences of Indigenous women. Her proudest and most important role in life is being a mother to her one-year-old son, Chinook.

Crystal Kwon – Front and Centre PR
Crystal is a PR professional who heads up Front + Centre, a PR agency that works with the next generation of great brands. She’s worked on brands like P&G, Dyson, Loblaw Companies, Cirque du Soleil, and others. She lives in Vancouver with her husband, baby boy, and small pocket dog Jax.

Jenna Gillespie aka Jazzy Jenna – Restaurant Industry
I grew up in North Vancouver and as a young adult quickly got myself into the restaurant industry. Serving guests, making regulars, and watching people enjoy their food and drinks, quickly became a passion for me.
I started from the bottom and did every position in the front of house and moved my way up to Bartender. I was taken under the wing of someone amazing and taught a lot of wonderful skills, was given books to read, and learned the power of a good mixed, well-balanced cocktail.
From there, I haven’t stopped. Nor will I. In an industry that was mostly powered by men behind the bar, I knew I could break through. You can too!

Dr Ramneek Dosanjh – President-Elect for the Federation of Medical Women of Canada
Dr Ramneek Dosanjh is an impassioned visionary leader, she is the current President-Elect for the Federation of Medical Women of Canada. She has previously served as a Past President of Doctors of BC where she played an instrumental role in BC’s recent healthcare reform and primary care transformation in BC. She also created the first of its kind Health and Justice Alliance, an intersectoral allyship between doctors and lawyers to help transform the family justice system.
She has served on the Physician Services Committee, BC Coroners Service Illicit Drug Toxicity Death Review Panel, and the Inaugural Provincial Digital Health Leadership Committee, as well as the Governance and Nominating Committees for Doctors of BC.
She has also served on the Doctors of BC Representative Assembly since its inception and was the President of BC Family Doctors from 2018 to 2019. She initiated the formation of the Provincial Child Youth Mental Health Substance Use Community of Practice and also participated on the Child Health BC board and White Rock South Surrey Division of Family Practice for four years.
She is a mother to 3 daughters, an author, family doctor & hospitalist. She is fiercely dedicated to social justice, healthcare equity, and disrupting systems by challenging the status quo.

Juliana Fraser – Executive Director at Music Heals Charitable Foundation
Juliana Fraser has worked in the music and live events industry for over a decade and is passionate about helping people. In her role as Executive Director at Music Heals Charitable Foundation, she channels this into the charity’s mission to fund music therapy for all who need it. The team at Music Heals believes in the healing power of music and is proud to have funded over $4 million to music therapy programs for people throughout BC and across Canada since 2012.

Tamara Vrooman – President and CEO of Vancouver International Airport
Tamara Vrooman is the President and CEO of the Vancouver International Airport, Western Canada’s largest global air transport and trade hub. For over a decade she served as CEO of one of Canada’s most innovative financial institutions – Vancity – establishing one of Canada’s largest sustainable finance portfolios and advising global regulatory and banking bodies worldwide. Previously, she was British Columbia’s Deputy Minister of Finance, the first woman and youngest person to hold that role. She currently serves as the Chancellor of Simon Fraser University.

Trixie Ling – Founder and Executive Director of Flavours of Hope
Trixie Ling is a storyteller, cross-cultural bridge builder, and a Taiwanese-Canadian settler. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Flavours of Hope, a non-profit social enterprise that envisions a society where newcomer immigrant and refugee newcomer women flourish and experience belonging in the community through cooking, storytelling, community-building, and entrepreneurship.
Through the non-profit’s “Dream Cuisines Food Business Program,” Trixie has supported the launch of 10 cultural food businesses owned and operated by talented newcomer women entrepreneurs. Trixie hopes to create a more equitable, just, and inclusive society where newcomer women are leading with cultural pride and making a positive impact in the community through sharing their food, traditions, and stories.
